Hi, I am Ana Day
I made the leap to full-time photography in 2011 after a few years of photographing friends and family for fun. My husband, Jon, my assistant, Erica, and I have shot over 150 weddings together. Once I started a family I decided to focus more on newborn and family portrait sessions. As a portrait photographer and studio photographer, I love to capture your family memories and provide quality images to last generations.
We have three crazy kiddos, Maddie [Madelyn, born January 2015], Cam [Camden, Born May 2017], and Kins [Kinsley, Born May 2019]. Trust me when I say, I understand the chaos!
The Studio
After a few years in my Stanwood studio we decided to convert the lower half of our Camano Island home into a studio. It is a perfect space for newborn and milestone sessions.
Volunteer Work
There is a world wide organization called Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep, which provides free remembrance photography to families experiencing a fetal demise. I have been a volunteer with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep since 2016 as a photographer and dispatcher. I became the Area Coordinator in 2023 and oversee the Puget Sound area of volunteers.
This is a wonderful organization that helps many families experiencing a tremendous loss. If you are interested in volunteering or donating, please see their website at www.nowilaymedowntosleep.org

“Ana is amazing. She has and will continue to shoot all of my families major life moments and our normal family sessions. There isn’t someone I’m more comfortable with behind a camera and I know the photos will always be perfect! We love Days Photography!”

“We did a family photo session with Ana and was very impressed with the results and her quick and friendly communication prior to the shoot! I am really picky when it comes to new photographers but Ana was referred to us and so I thought we would give her a try. It was our first "mini session" and I was afraid a timed mini session anywhere would feel rushed (especially with a toddler) but we did not feel rushed at all. Ana was very patient and created a stress-free environment, she let us take our time with”
